The Harken Industrial™ 32 mm Access Rail system is designed for use as an adjustable anchorage point for external maintenance on vessels. This system provides the operator with freedom of movement at height and also the ability to lock into position while working. It’s ideal for situations where a crewmember needs to be suspended over the side for maintenance operations. The system is designed to withstand highly corrosive environments. Lightweight trolleys are constructed from 6061 aluminum. Torlon® ball bearings handle high loads, reducing friction so the trolley moves smoothly along the low-profile rail. The adjustable pinstop allows trolleys to be moved along the rail and locked into a new location. The Harken Industrial 32 mm Access Rail system can be used for human suspension. The rails are independently tested, CE compliant under EN795.2012 Type D, meet ANSI Z359, and are OSHA compliant. The trolleys are independently tested, CE certified under EN795.2012 Type B, meet ANSI Z359, and are OSHA compliant.
